I've already introduced myself on the about page, but I'm Myra and this is my magazine. I've been a long time nature lover, some of my earliest memories being trawling the creek for crawdads and tadpoles.
The idea for this magazine is a culmination of many things. Post-graduation had me feeling a bit lost without deadlines and the group critique I got in school. This collaborative project has given me reason to stretch my typographic and editorial skills. It's truly been a breathe of fresh air.

About the Magazine
Mirth & Mire was created by nature lovers for art lovers. What that means is the goal of the magazine is to honor the beauty of earth through art. We work with contributers each month to create a new magazine around a dedicated theme. We have a talented group of artists working on the project. Scroll on to see some of the work and learn more!
